La Saint-Joséphoise, Daisy Blondan, 64 ans, médaillée d’or aux Championnats de France de Force Athlétique Masters(VIDÉOS)

Daisy Blondan, également connue sous le nom de Saint-Joséphoise Jb Blondan, a remporté la médaille d’or lors des Championnats de France de Force Athlétique Masters 23, 24 et 25 Juin 2023 au Puy-en-Velay, en Haute-Loire en région Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes.  Grâce à une performance remarquable, elle retrouve son titre de championne de France, confirmant ainsi sa position parmi les athlètes les plus talentueux de sa catégorie.

À l’âge de 64 ans, Daisy, qui est véritablement impressionnante, réussit à effectuer un squat de 95 kg, un développé couché de 70 kg et établit un nouveau record de France en soulevé de terre avec 130 kg.
