Le cyclone tropical Emnati a touché la terre ferme dans le sud-est de Madagascar, plus précisément dans la ville de Manakara, vers minuit. Ce mercredi matin, l’oeil du cyclone est situé dans le district de Vondrozo, après avoir traversé le district de Vohipeno. Le système est prévu sortir en mer, à Toliara, dans le Sud-ouest de l’île ce mercredi soir.
Mais depuis hier après-midi, le système a apporté de vents très forts et de fortes pluies dans les villes environnantes, comme à Mahanoro, Vatomandry ou encore à Mananjary. Ce matin, les villes qu’il pourrait traverser dans les prochaines heures sont soumises à rudes épreuves.
